When providing multiple brand identity concepts to a client it's inevitable that some great design won't get to see the light of day - at least until now. This is a collection of our favourite brandmark designs that didn't make the grade.
Challenge
Why share concepts that weren't chosen?
So much time and resource is dedicated to developing initial approaches, each with their own unique concept, associated logo's, brandmark's and supporting assets. It seems a shame only one route is chosen and refined.
Result
They're just to good to keep to ourselves.
Far from failed outcomes, we believe the concepts not chosen are vital, allowing the client to compare and contrast. Having the opportunity to consider differing styles and techniques and gauge what is too safe or too far is critical in enabling the client to choose the right concept.
